• In case guests arrive before Noon, they will have to wait for the room to be allotted
• If the room is requested to be blocked for the previous night - charges for an additional day apply
• If the room is taken before 6:00AM - charges for an additional night apply
• If the room is taken before 8:00AM with late check-out (3:00PM to 6:00PM) - charges for half a day apply
• If the check-out is after 6:00PM - charges for full day apply
• Reservations are held for four hours of the stated time for check-in OR until 4:00PM (Whichever is earlier) - if guests do not arrive within this period, it will be released without information*

Cancellation policy:

• No refund if booking is confirmed
• Cancellation of guaranteed booking needs to be done 36 hours prior to arrival, or 1N/2D charge will be levied
