The cottages of Bamboo House Goa are tastefully constructed by master artisans from a self-help group in Tripura. It offer a unique living space backed by the modern comforts of home. Bordered by the Mobor Beach on one side and River Sal on the other, the project is entirely sustained by the environment. The bamboo used for these cottages are grown for commercial purposes in the forests of Tripura and not cut down indiscriminately. The artisans, who are slowly moving away from their traditional craft of creating bamboo items, are given a new lease of life for their fading art through this project.
