Have just returned from Goa and spent last nine days in Xavier Resort. My husband and and I really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is small and friendly and just a couple of minutes stroll from Candolim beach. Also serves really good, value for money food.

Stayed at the resort for 4 days and I must say what a delight. The owners Prem and Nutan (who are from the UK) are extremely pleasant and very helpful. The hotel itself is in an excellent location a few minutes walk from Condolim Beach and the main road where all the restaurants are.
