I am not an agriculturist. Can I buy this land?

 Yes. This is not an agricultural land. This is a Plantation Land. Plantation Land is exempt from Sec.79(A) and (B). 


Who will maintain the land and how much it costs?

 The maintenance is done by a professional who is managing nearly 500 acres of coffee estate in the same village. It approximately costs about Rs.35,000 per acre per annum.


Can I build my own house/cottage in my land?

 You are the absolute owner of the property with independent access. You can build whatever structure you wish on your land. But, we do not recommend building any house/cottage in your land for 2 reasons: 1. You are reducing cultivable area. 2. Maintenance of this house/cottage will be expensive unless you stay in this house/cottage for longer period.  In any case all the owners can stay in the Estate House for 5 days in a year free of cost.


What will be the returns?

 Chandragiri variety coffee starts yielding from the third year. We can expect approximately one ton of coffee from fifth year. Silver wood tree is for long term return. A 15 to 20 year old silver wood tree would fetch rupees 10,000 per tree in today's market rate.


How many trees will be there in one acre plot?

 There are 1250 coffee plants, 600 silver oak trees and 100 orange trees in a plot of 1 acre.


Will there be any future plan?

 Yes. We can grow many cash crops with coffee. Pepper is one of the most popular and easiest plants to grow. This can be planted after 3 years and will fetch very good returns. Also cardamom can be grown along with coffee after 3 years.

 There are 2 ways to reach Danta Estates.

2.  The nearest town is Sanivarasanthe which 7kms from Dhanta Estates, Sakleshpur- 40kms


If I want to sell the land in future?

 You can sell this land to anyone at any time. However, we request you to give the option to us before selling.
