You will be accommodated in a villa or a cottage at IVAC, as per availability. Both offer a fine blend of traditional style and modern functionalities. The cottages are encircled sandalwood, mango and other trees. Once you enter, you are greeted by a well-furnished ambience with the charming abundance of bamboo. The villas are designed based on Vaastu principles in old Mysore style and have small courtyards inside. The bathrooms are spacious too, featuring a wardrobe with digital locker and separate showers and bathtubs!

In line with the principles of Ayurveda, even the food is prepared according to Ayurvedic tradition using only fresh vegetables, grains and fruits. The in-house restaurant Annapoorna offers delicious food that proves that what is healthy can also be tasty.

I got exactly what I was looking for at Indus Valley Ayurvedic Centre, is exceptionally well organised, with friendly catering staff, spotless facilities and lovely grounds. Food is simple, non-spicy vegetarian with no preservatives and food color added, and a choice of warm or room temperature water. Alcohol and smokes are banned. Treatments are decided on at your initial doctor's consultation as per our medical findings; The massage treatments are just fabulous and the therapists are excellent
